Our goal is to resolve client issues efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience. As a Product Consultant, you will play a crucial role in tackling complex client queries, managing cases from start to finish and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the Cvent | Splash client experience. What You Will Be Doing:Handle complex client queries, including bug fixes, detailed event setups and issues requiring specialized expertiseConduct in-depth research to provide effective recommendations that drive adoption and expansion of Splash productsProvide enterprise-level support for the Splash platform and integrations, managing cases from start to finishUse creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop solutions based on customer use casesDocument client history, workflows and best practices for internal support guidesWork with Priority and Priority Elite clients to offer long-term advice and support for program managementEarn the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, such as subject matter expertise, project contributions and mentoring new hires Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field is preferredProven experience in a technical consulting or similar role, with a minimum of 2+ years Familiarity with SaaS platforms, preferably in marketing automation or CRM (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)Experience supporting enterprise clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingStrong time management and prioritization skillsBonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API setup
