PTC Windchill Functional Analyst/Support SpecialistLocation: RemoteEmployment Mode: Full-TimeShift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM ISTOverviewSamay, on behalf of Champion Homes, a leading modular home manufacturer based out of Michigan, is seeking a Functional Analyst/Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support, system administration, and business analysis for their enterprise cloud PLM (Windchill+) systems. This role serves as the primary point of contact for system issues, user support, and business requirement analysis. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of PLM functionality and configuration, combined with excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical SupportProvide expert Level 2/3 technical supportManage support ticket queue, prioritizing issues based on business impact and urgencyCreate and maintain detailed documentation of support processes, known issues, and resolution stepsCoordinate with development team for issues requiring code-level interventionSupport users across different time zones, ensuring timely resolution of critical issuesSystem AdministrationAdminister user access control, including user creation, license assignment, role configuration, and group managementConfigure and administer classification systems, attributes, and type hierarchiesManage and maintain data integrity through Master Data Management (MDM) processesUser EnablementConduct user training sessions on system functionality and best practicesProvide one-on-one coaching for power users and new employeesCreate and maintain user guides, quick reference materials, and video tutorialsGather user feedback to identify training needs and system improvement opportunitiesAssist in user acceptance testing for new features and configurationsBusiness Analysis (Preferred) Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and configurationsTranslate user needs into functional specifications for development teamCreate detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteriaValidate implemented solutions against business requirementsPerform gap analysis between system capabilities and business needsServe as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsCreate and maintain user documentation and standard operating proceduresRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience with enterprise application user support, access management, and license administrationStrong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex system issuesExcellent documentation skills for technical processes and user instructionsStrong communication abilities to effectively interact with both technical and business teamsAbility to work during US business hours covering Eastern time zonesProven experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis, preferred
