The company is focused on creating new benchmarks in the real estate industry with projects like 'Thar Meadows Smart Homes'.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Executive Sales at Thar Lifespaces in Jodhpur. The Sr Executive Sales will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing client relationships, and driving sales goals for the residential villa & residential/commercial tower project.Job ResponsibilitiesReal Estate SalesConvincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirementConnecting with the live customer leads given by the company and network with Registered & New Clients.Managing client query on phone & convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.Providing best possible solution to customer.Informing clients about market conditions, prices, legal requirements.Site and Property VisitsEnsuring a fair and honest dealing.Completing the sales targets.Follow-Up after visits and ensuring ClosuresQualifications & ExperienceReal Estate Sales, and Customer Relationship Management skillsExperience in real estate sales and knowledge of the local marketStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsBachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
