We are building cutting-edge tools and experiences for learners and employers, and we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our growing product team.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.jsTranslate high-level concepts into architectural plans, wireframes, and production-ready featuresOptimize MongoDB queries for performance and scalabilityImprove frontend and backend performance across the applicationDesign intuitive, responsive, and highly usable interfacesBuild and maintain product featuresCollaborate with product managers and marketing team to deliver an exceptional user experienceUtilize tools like Cursor AI and ChatGPT to enhance development productivity and UX copyContribute to existing codebase, follow development best practices, and quickly onboard ongoing development workMust-Have Skills2+ years of hands-on full stack development experienceGood UX knowledge is a must - and must be able to create exceptional UIs (with or without using Cursor AI / AI tools)Strong expertise in Node.js + Express, React.js, and MongoDBProficiency in building and optimizing database queriesProven track record in frontend UI/UX developmentAbility to conceptualize and implement end-to-end features from idea to executionFamiliarity with using AI tools to generate UX messages and enhance productivityExcellent command of English — written and spokenSelf-driven with a strong work ethic and quick adaptabilityGood-to-Have / Bonus SkillsExperience with React NativeWorking knowledge of GolangExposure to AWS, CI/CD pipelines, ECS, etc.Knowledge of Cursor AI and its practical implementationWork RequirementsOwn laptop (MacBook preferred) with good configuration to run full-stack development environmentsExclusive engagement — no freelance/part-time commitments allowedMust be ready to join ongoing projects and start contributing within 1–2 weeksJoin us in building the future of career readiness tech!Let’s create something impactful together.
