The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and previous experience in theFood & Beverage (F&B)or retail sector.This role is crucial to maintaining accurate financial data, supporting business decisions, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting activities includingsales entries ,purchases ,expenses , andbank reconciliations . Preparedaily, weekly, and monthly financial reportsfor management. Maintainaccurate records of petty cash , supplier payments, and customer receivables. Track and reportbranch-wise performance , inventory movement, and cost control. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants forGST, TDS, and statutory filings . Monitorcash flow , generate profit and loss statements, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with allfinancial regulations and company policies . Reconcile POS reports with bank and accounting records regularly.QualificationsBachelor's Degree inAccounting ,Finance , or a related field. Minimum2–4 years of experienceas an accountant, preferably in theF&B or retail sector . Proficiency inTally ,MS Excel , and other accounting software. Strong understanding ofGST ,TDS , andfinancial compliance . Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
