Job Summary:The Pre-Sales Consultant – Enterprise Solutions is responsible for providing technicaland domain expertise to support the sales team in winning business across enterprisesolution offerings. This role involves understanding customer requirements, designingappropriate solutions, creating proposals and demonstrations, and serving as a trustedadvisor to both clients and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Solution Consulting & Design Engage with prospective customers to understand their business needs,technical requirements, and objectives. Translate customer requirements into tailored enterprise solutions leveragingproducts such as ERP, CRM, HCM, Analytics, and custom applications. Design and present solution architectures, integration models, and deploymentoptions. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with technicalcapabilities.Proposal & Documentation Develop high-quality technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution write-ups. Create and maintain solution presentations, diagrams, and demo environments. Prepare cost estimations, bill of materials (BoM), effort estimation, and timelinesin coordination with technical and project teams.Sales Support Support the sales team in technical discussions, product positioning, andobjection handling. Conduct solution presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) forclients. Participate in bid defense meetings and proposal walkthroughs.Collaboration & Enablement Work closely with product vendors and partners to stay updated on enterprisesolution capabilities. Conduct internal knowledge sessions and support enablement of sales/accountmanagers on solution features. Assist marketing in preparing technical content for brochures, case studies, andwhitepapers.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, orrelated field. 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprisearchitecture roles. Strong knowledge of enterprise software platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics,SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar. Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ESB) and cloudplatforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with strong attention todetail. Proficiency in proposal writing, technical documentation, and solution storytelling.Preferred Skills: Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems or PowerPlatform. Exposure to industries such as Government, BFSI, Healthcare, or Education. Certifications in enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce) are anadvantage.
