The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Kafka, and related technologies. As a technical leader, you will drive high-quality backend solutions, mentor the team, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture, design, and development of backend systems using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.Drive the implementation of event-driven and microservices-based architecture using Apache Kafka.Design and optimize database solutions using SQL with a focus on performance and scalability.Develop, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.Integrate and analyze logs/metrics using Elasticsearch and Kibana for proactive monitoring and debugging.Collaborate with frontend teams and contribute to service integration using JavaScript where required.Provide technical mentorship, perform code reviews, and ensure best engineering practices across the team.Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with Product and QA teams.Required Skills:Strong programming skills in Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.Solid experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.Expertise in Kafka and asynchronous event processing.Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins.Experience in log aggregation and visualization tools like Elasticsearch and Kibana.Exposure to JavaScript for REST integration or minor frontend contributions.Strong problem-solving skills, system design expertise, and a performance-oriented mindset.Experience in mentoring junior developers and leading teams.
