This role will serve as the go-to resource for all things Zendesk, ensuring the platform is used effectively to support customer service excellence, streamline workflows, and provide actionable insights.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Zendesk Admin or Zendesk SME (minimum 3 + years).Strong understanding of customer support operations and workflows.Proficient in configuring Zendesk triggers, automations, macros, and business rules.Experience with Zendesk Explore (reporting & analytics).Excellent communication and training skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with APIs and integrations (a plus).
