Looking to grow your career in recruitment with a role that offers fantastic exposure and learning opportunities?Join our team as UK IT Recruiter.Role: Recruiter - Global Talent Acquisition Group – UKLocation: Chennai (Thoraipakkam)Work Model: Onsite – 5 days work from officeShift: 9 hours between 12 PM to 11 PMJob Type: Contract (Third Party Payroll)Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. - Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and internal database. - Schedule interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit. - Manage end-the-end recruitment process; including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation. - Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment. - Promote TCS as an employer of choice by engaging in employer branding activities. - Facilitate a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. - Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. - Provide industry-best candidate experience. - Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders. - Be open to support recruitment efforts for other geographies as required.Key Skills/Experience Required:- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the UK market. - Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the UK. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Proficiency in MS Excel. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work in UK shift. - Flexible and responsive to evolving business ness and changing priorities.
