The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of recruitment1. Recruitment● Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies● Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.2 Candidate Sourcing and Screening● Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and employeereferrals to find potential candidates.● Screen resumes and job applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlistcandidates.3 .Interview Coordination● Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.● Prepare interview questions and assist in the interview process by evaluatingcandidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.4 .Candidate Management● Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.● Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitmentprocess.5 .Collaboration with Hiring Managers● Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provideguidance on recruitment processes.● Advise on job descriptions, interview techniques, and selection criteria.● Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with new hires and ensuring a smoothtransition.● Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.● Data Management and Reporting● Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.● Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve therecruitment process.Requirements:● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA or related field(Master’s degree preferred)● Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations● Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment● Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Excel
