The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles, preferably within SaaS and AI startups. This role requires hands-on experience with all major job portals and LinkedIn, as well as a strong aptitude for outbound sourcing.Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for tech and non-tech roles. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates. Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging social media. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Qualifications: Proven experience of 4-6 years as a Technical Recruiter, with experience of hiring non-tech roles also. Preferable experience in recruiting for SaaS and AI startups. Strong hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn. Excellent outbound sourcing skills and experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
