Proactively build and nurture client relationships.Required Competencies Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field in the buildings industry. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. 2–4 years of experience in engineering, construction, or technical roles within the buildings industry, or in research and consulting services related to building automation, lighting, HVAC, smart buildings, or smart cities.Skills & Knowledge Strong understanding of market research and consulting methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
