We are looking for an experienced IT Program and Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT programs and projects spanning multiple business units. This role requires a blend of strong program management skills and comprehensive delivery oversight, ensuring that all initiatives align with business goals, are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the delivery of multiple IT projects concurrently across various domains such as infrastructure, software development, cloud, and ERP. Facilitate smooth collaboration among cross-functional teams, including internal technology groups and external vendors. Ensure high-quality project outcomes, effective cost management, and strict adherence to timelines. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to technical leads, and cross-functional delivery teams. Promote a culture centered on accountability, agility, and ongoing improvement.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT program and delivery management. Proven track record managing complex IT initiatives Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
