The intern will support core HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and exit formalities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA/HR graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills to gain hands-on experience in HR processes in a fast-paced startup environmentKey Responsibilities- Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation coordination, and system setup - Support in managing exit formalities, including clearance tracking and feedback collection - Help maintain HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality - Prepare and update reports in Excel using VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic data validation techniques - Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support internal HR communications - Assist the People Team with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records - Support ad-hoc HR administrative tasks and process improvements as neededQualification:Education- MBA in HR or a related discipline - Recent graduates or students in their final semester are welcomeWe assure you- Be a part of an innovative company that values professional growth, trustworthy colleagues fun environment in the office, and well-being for employees - Work on impactful HR strategies that directly shape the workforce and make positive contributions to the business - A culture that fosters growth, integrity, and innovation
