Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy aligned with brand and business goals. Lead and mentor the design team across categories (apparel, product, graphic, or digital as applicable). Oversee concept development, trend forecasting, color direction, and seasonal design themes. Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across product, packaging, and communication materials. Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, sourcing, and production teams for cohesive product execution. Review and approve all final design outputs, prototypes, and samples before production. Manage timelines and design calendars to ensure timely delivery of collections and projects. Stay ahead of industry trends, innovation, and competitive benchmarks to inform design direction.
