Role: Campus Engagement Specialist / Growth Talent ScoutWe’re Zudu AI, a high-growth conversational AI startup, seeking a Campus Engagement Specialist to drive our outreach into IITs and other top campuses for intern and freelancer hiring.Responsibilities:- Identify and join relevant IIT and Tier-1 campus student groups across WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.- Establish relationships with placement cells, department coordinators, and club leaders for direct access to talent pools.- Pitch Zudu AI’s internship opportunities in creative, engaging ways to student groups.- Organize virtual AMAs, webinars, and small events to attract and screen talent.- Create and manage referral programs and track candidate pipelines in Airtable/Google Sheets.- Be the “voice” of Zudu AI in the student/startup community.- Provide daily/weekly progress updates to leadership.Requirements:- Graduate from a Tier-1 institute or 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, campus engagement, or community management.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Proactive, energetic, and self-driven with strong digital networking skills.- Bonus: Prior campus ambassador, recruiter, or startup community experience.
