We are launching with a global ambition—and we're looking for a strong leader torun this like a CEOfrom Day 1Your MissionWe are hiring aBusiness Head (Tourism)to set up and run this new business armremotely from Chennai . This is not a typical job. It’s a build-and-scale role for someone who has “been there and done that.”Key ResponsibilitiesBuild & Lead:Set up the business from scratch, hire your own team, and build the org structure.Drive Revenue:Strategize and execute initiatives to generate inbound and outbound tourism traffic for Singapore.Sales & Partnerships:Identify high-value travel segments and build partnerships with travel agencies, corporates, airlines, hotels, etc.Marketing Strategy:Collaborate on digital campaigns to promote Singapore tourism and international packages.P&L Ownership:Take complete ownership of revenue, costs, and profitability.Reporting:Work directly with the board and director on business progress.Who You AreExperience:10+ years in the tourism/hospitality/lifestyle industry, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.Builder’s Mindset:You've built and scaled businesses, not just managed them.Results-Oriented:Strong track record of delivering sales, growth, and customer satisfaction.Leadership:Experience hiring, mentoring, and growing teams from scratch.Market Knowledge:Deep understanding of the Singapore tourism ecosystem and global travel trends.Location:Based in Chennai, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate with Singapore stakeholders.What We OfferA CEO-track opportunity in a fast-scaling ventureFull ownership and autonomyCompetitive salary + performance-linked incentivesChance to work closely with seasoned entrepreneurs and global teamsThis is not just a job—it’s a mission.
