Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Head – Multi-Brand GroupLocation: HQ27, Gurugram, India (Must be Gurgaon-based or ready to relocate immediately)Reporting To: Founder & CEOSupporting: Workforce Management & HR Compliance across all affiliated brandsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations across a diverse group of affiliated companies:- Pixel Digital Systems (managed print services – UAE) - Fête Events (event design and management – UAE) - Reve Rentals (furniture rental – UAE) - bioQuad and Bio-Rep (health supplements, D2C e-commerce – US, EU, UAE) - HMRDO (health education and research – US)This is a senior shared role with full accountability for talent acquisition, policy enforcement, team development, and HR compliance across all brands. The candidate will coordinate closely with the CEO and brand leads to implement people-first strategies that align with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition- Build and execute recruitment strategy to support rapid hiring needs across brands - Engage with internal and external recruiters to fill key roles efficiently - Conduct initial screenings and oversee structured hiring processes2. Onboarding & Retention- Design and manage onboarding experiences that align with each brand's culture - Monitor early-stage engagement and retention risks - Implement exit interviews and feedback processes to improve employee lifecycle3. HR Policies & Compliance- Establish and maintain HR policies, employment contracts, NDAs, and documentation - Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and UAE regulations for UAE-based staff - Oversee attendance tracking, disciplinary procedures, and policy enforcement4. Performance & Feedback- Coordinate bi-annual performance reviews with team leads - Design and implement KPI-aligned performance appraisal systems - Address grievances and mediate workplace conflicts5. Training & Development- Identify skill gaps and organize soft skill and functional training programs - Recommend leadership development initiatives for high-potential employees6. Multi-Brand Oversight- Support HR operations and coordination across all business verticals - Work closely with remote staff, third-party vendors, and team managers in each domain - Provide regular reports to the CEO on staffing, performance, and growth metricsKey Skills & Competencies:- Expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management - Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability - Ability to operate across diverse industries and functional teamsQualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA or PGDHRM preferred) - Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multi-brand or fast-paced environments - Experience supporting international operations is a plusWork Schedule:- Working Days: - Weekly Off: Sunday - 2nd & 4th Saturday: Off - Other Saturdays: Working - Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM ISTSalary & Emoluments:Package depends on strategic experience, proven campaign performance, and ability to lead digital operations independently.
