The ideal candidate will be well-versed in core HR functions with hands-on experience managing workforce operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and enhancing employee welfare. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle dynamic HR challenges in a manufacturing or labor-intensive environment.Key Responsibilities- Ensure full compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, Industrial Safety & Health norms, and - Employment Exchange regulations. - Prepare and file PF and ESI returns in a timely and accurate manner. - Manage contractor and contract labor operations including attendance, billing, and issue resolution. - Process salary and wages for regular and contractual employees. - Identify training needs and organize both internal and external training programs. - Manage and coordinate committees such as Fire & Safety, POSH, etc., as per statutory requirements. - Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and file management systems. - Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disputes professionally and promptly. - Liaise with and visit government offices for official HR-related matters when required.Qualifications:- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or a related field. - 5-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Pleasant personality with a professional and approachable demeanor. - Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - In-depth understanding of statutory compliance, labor laws, and HR best practices. - Prior experience in a similar HR role, particularly in a manufacturing or labor-intensive setting, is preferred.
