The role involves ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting employee development and satisfaction.Qualifications Proficient in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the transportation or engineering industry is a plus
