The role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to produce visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.Job Responsibilities:- Design and create visually engaging digital and print advertisements. - Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, performance marketing Ads and social media creatives. - Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality graphics. - Ensure consistency in design across all company materials and branding guidelines. - Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Edit and enhance images for various marketing campaigns. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.Required Skills and Experience- Experience: minimum 3 years - Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, after effects, Premiere is plus or similar tools. - Sound & Music Selection: Ability to choose suitable background music and sound effects that enhance educational content - Creativity & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, and design sense - Project Management: Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Communication: Clear communication skills for effective collaboration.
