Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US job market, hands-on experience with end-to-end IT recruitment, and the ability to identify top technical talent across a variety of roles and technologies. This role is crucial in supporting our clients’ hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for IT positions.Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver top-tier technical talent. - Source candidates using various platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, internal database, etc.). - Screen resumes and conduct technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up throughout the hiring process. - Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. - Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 1–5 years of experience in US IT recruiting. - Familiarity with US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, EAD, TN, etc.). - Solid understanding of various technologies (Java, .NET, AWS, Azure, DevOps, QA, etc.). - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 candidates. - Familiarity with time zone coordination and remote team dynamics.
