The role also involves P&L ownership, ensuring financial sustainability and strategic growth.Key Responsibilities:- Project & Program Management: Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. - P&L Management: Own financial performance, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization. - Data Analytics & AI: Drive data-driven insights for underwriting and claims optimization. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-Suit business leaders, clients, and technical teams to align technology with strategic goals. - Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to methodologies, regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and risk mitigation strategies. - Process Optimization: Implement automation, DevOps, and API integrations for operational efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 18+ years of experience in insurance technology, cloud transformation, and project/program management. - Expertise in Microsoft Azure, AI/ML, and analytics platforms. - Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance ecosystem. - Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage budgets, and drive innovation. - B Tech/ BE and MBA, advantage to have relevant insurance certifications preferred.
