Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing:Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to generate high-quality leads. Analytics & Tracking:Implement and maintain tracking via Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tagging, and conversion pixels; analyze funnel metrics to inform growth experiments. CRM & Automation:Configure and manage HubSpot CRM—build contact segments, workflows, lead scoring, and drip campaigns to nurture MQLs. Growth Experiments:Rapidly prototype and A/B test landing pages, email sequences, ad creatives, and messaging to uncover scalable growth channels. AI-Powered Tools:Leverage Gen-AI for content generation (emails, ad copy, social posts), chatbots, and personalization. Integrate with custom GPTs and other AI agents. Workflow Automation:Design and maintain end-to-end automations using (formerly Integromat), Zapier, or similar platforms to streamline lead handoffs and reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with content, product, and sales teams to align on messaging, assets, and GTM strategies.Qualifications2–4 years’ hands-on experience in performance marketing for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology. Proven track record managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads accounts with ≥20% CVR improvements. Strong command of Google Analytics (GA4), UTM strategy, and funnel analysis. Practical experience building and optimizing HubSpot drip workflows and lead-scoring models. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as , Zapier, or n8n. Exposure to Gen-AI tools (ChatGPT, custom GPTs, Jasper, etc.) for marketing applications. Huge plus:Developer background with the ability to build quick prototypes or micro-products using Bolt or Lovable (powered by Knowledge Base). Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable growth hypotheses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Skills & AttributesAnalytical Rigor:Comfortable slicing data in spreadsheets, creating graphs, and building decks. Growth Mindset:Bias for action.
