This role is central to our broader strategy of building a future-ready organization and unlocking new growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities Driveprimary and secondary salesin line with company objectives. Expandchannel partner networksand implement distribution plans to improve reach and penetration. Growon-premise and institutional salesby expanding the FS outlet base and driving product range performance. Prepare detailedmarket execution plans (MJP)and weekly reports. Provide insights forlocal promotions , activations, and demand forecasting. Conductsales data analysisto identify business gaps and share actionable insights with the Area Sales Manager. Ensure timely coordination withdistributors, finance, and supply chain teamsfor stock conversion, pricing, and claims management.Key Success Factors Graduate/Postgraduate with2–4 years of experiencein Food Services sales. Strong understanding ofsales and distribution systemsin the HORECA segment. Proficient in concepts like channel partner management, ROI calculations, and visibility planning. Ability to analyzecompetitive landscapesand recommend strategic adjustments.
