Position: Talent acquisition/Corporate HR RecruiterLocation: VadodaraWorking Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM ISTAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent acquisition/Corporate HR Recruiter to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, enhancing employee engagement, and streamlining HR operations. This role demands a proactive approach, strong understanding of recruitment and technology, and in-depth knowledge of the local Vadodara job market. The recruiter will also contribute to administrative procedures and ensure alignment with company policies and strategic goals.Key TA Responsibilities- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple roles across departments. - Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and build role-specific recruitment strategies. - Source talent proactively through various channels—job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and campus hiring. - Draft and issue official HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters. - Create detailed onboarding plans and educate new hires about company policies, systems, and procedures. - Maintain accurate employee records—digital and physical—covering attendance, benefits, and compliance. - Share weekly recruitment status reports and hiring dashboards with upper management. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities with proper budgeting and approvals.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - Demonstrated experience in technology hiring (2-5 yrs) and building pipelines for niche roles. - Deep understanding of the Vadodara talent market and local sourcing channels. - 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Corporate Talent Acquisition. - Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HRMS/ATS systems, and Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. - Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet hiring targets in a dynamic environment. - Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
