Job Title: Sales Manager – South Region (Bangalore)Industry: Electronic Security, ELV & Low Voltage SystemsExperience: 6-8 yearsLocation: Bangalore, KarnatakaJob Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business expansion in Bangalore and the South Region. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and Low Voltage Systems, with strong experience in Channel Sales & Direct Sales. Since we are an OEM specializing in software solutions & hardware, the candidate should have extensive knowledge of selling integrated security solutions and access control technologies.- Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the market presence of our OEM software & hardware solutions. - Build and nurture strong relationships with System Integrators (S.I.) and Consultants to generate sales opportunities. - Drive business growth in Channel Sales & Direct Sales, focusing on security solutions such as: - Access Control Systems (controllers, biometric terminals, smart cards, QR code readers, magnetic locks, etc.) - Visitor Management Systems - Guard Tour Management Systems - Vehicle Management Systems - Alert & Alarm Management Systems - Advanced Analytics & Threat Management Systems - Time & Attendance Systems - Canteen Management Systems - Contractor Access Management Systems - Conduct technical presentations and solution demonstrations for clients. - Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging access control & security technologies. - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets with a go-getter, result-oriented approach.- Required Skills & Qualifications:6-8 years of sales experience in ELV, Low Voltage Systems, and access control technology. - Proven expertise in solution sales with a strong background in integrated security and management systems. - Well-established network with System Integrators & Consultants. - Technically self-sufficient with the ability to independently manage client discussions and product positioning. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and highly target-driven.- Why Join Us? - Work with an OEM specializing in cutting-edge software & hardware solutions. - Be part of a rapidly growing industry with immense opportunities. - Competitive compensation and a performance-driven culture.If you are an ambitious sales professional looking to advance your career in access control solutions and biometric technology, apply now by sending your resume to info@
