This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, number-savvy, and eager to drive paid visibility and revenue growth on third-party platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and allocate advertising budgets across allocated marketplaces. - Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on platform-specific ad managers (e.g., Amazon Advertising Console, Nykaa Ads Manager) - Track and report on key performance metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, and ad-attributed revenue - Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, content, design) to ensure product listings are optimized for ad performance - Conduct keyword research and make data-backed bids and budget adjustments to maximize ad efficiency - Identify and chase high-intent opportunities such as seasonal boosts, platform events (e.g., Nykaa Hot Pink Sale, Amazon Great Indian Festival), and new product launches - Monitor daily spend, sales, and performance trends and raise red flags or improvement ideas proactively - Maintain and update campaign performance reports and dashboardsRequirements:- 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing for e-commerce marketplaces - Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Nykaa Ads, Flipkart Ads, or similar platforms - Proficient in analyzing platform dashboards and drawing actionable insights - Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting - Basic understanding of key ad metrics (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC) - Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsGood to Have:- Experience managing multiple marketplace accounts simultaneously - Familiarity with product-level attribution and category performance - Exposure to listing optimization and product visibility best practices on marketplacesNote: This role is fully focused on platform-led paid marketing (not Meta, Google, or YouTube).
