Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedHR & Recruitment Executiveto join our team atMilestone Aluminium . The role will be primarily responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general HR operations to support our growing workforce in the façade engineering industry.Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Understand manpower requirements across departments (engineering, production, site, design, etc.) Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social media Source candidates through databases, headhunting, and external agencies Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule technical rounds Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback Maintain a recruitment tracker and prepare weekly hiring status reports 2. Onboarding & Induction Prepare offer letters and manage documentation for new hires Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth joining formalities Assign ID cards, biometrics, and necessary tools for new employees Introduce new hires to internal teams and provide a company policy briefing 3. HR Operations & Employee Records Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or the internal system Track attendance, leave, and probation status Support payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for salary processing Address employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits 4. Employee Engagement & Compliance Organize employee welfare activities, birthday celebrations, etc. Assist in performance appraisal coordination and training schedules Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and ESI/PF requirements Liaise with consultants, external vendors, and recruitment partners as neededQualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in HR / Management / Commerce; MBA in HR preferred 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the construction or engineering industry Knowledge of recruitment platforms, HRMS systems, and labor compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment
