The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing various HR management functions. Daily tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring regulatory compliance in HR practices.Qualifications Experience in HR Management and HR Operations Skills in developing and implementing HR Policies Ability to maintain positive Employee Relations Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the sports or education sectors is a plus
