Screening & Assessment:Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements. Client Collaboration:Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide timely updates, and deliver a smooth recruitment experience. Candidate Engagement:Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey. Database Management:Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up-to-date with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics. Compliance:Ensure all hiring activities comply with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at every step.What We’re Looking For:High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
