The Factory Head Garments will be responsible for overseeing the production of customized suits, managing factory operations, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with design and sales teams to meet customer demands.Qualifications- Experience in garment production and manufacturing - Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures - Strong leadership and management skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Knowledge of garment design and tailoring techniques - Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
