Job Title:Talent Sourcer (South Asia/APAC/EMEA) Location:Mumbai/Pune/Gurugram/Bangalore (On-site)Summary: Reporting to the Centre of Excellence for Recruitment, we are looking to hire a skilled Technical Sourcer to be responsible for the sourcing and hiring of candidates for specialized technical positions. You will be part of a dynamic South Asia Recruiting Team that focuses on partnering South Asia, Middle East and ASEAN in recruiting best-fit talent across the various regions.You will embark on the following: You will be responsible to utilize different channels to source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings and introduce candidates to our employer brand. Working with our Recruiters, you will pro-actively recognize our hiring needs and manage our candidate database as well as conversion rates to bring key talent into ASEAN and South Asia into TUV SUD.Key responsibilities include: Identify and interact with potential qualified candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Naukri, etc). Contact and convert their interest to CVs and interviews. Measure conversion rates of passive candidates to interviews and share knowledge on the market insights for alignment with hiring manager. Amalgamate talent pipelines from various job portals and our career page. Partner Talent Acquisition team for recruitment requirements, talent sourcing strategy and fulfilment. Build and manage our candidate database to create talent pools for future hiring needs based on common hiring profiles. Correspond with past candidates regarding available job openings.You are likely to be: Preferably a Degree in Human Resources or relevant with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Talent sourcing. Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies and tools (Boolean Search, LinkedIn, alternative sourcing techniques). Possess track records with high speed & high-volume recruitment and familiarity with employment laws. Possess leadership skills to inspire, motivate and guide the sourcing team toward a shared recruitment vision with recruiters across a region. Organised and resourceful with good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. High level of integrity with sound business judgment and operational management abilities. Excellent communication skills to represent the company in engaging candidates.
