Serious applicants only.About the Role:Join our dynamic recruitment team as an Entry-Level Bench Sales Recruiter! In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates (US work-authorized consultants) to prime vendors and clients. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, persuasive, and ready to learn the fast-paced world of US IT staffing.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and submit suitable candidates for IT positions through job boards, vendors, and networking platforms. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants on bench. - Market consultants who are on H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, USC for full time positions. - Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful placements. - Handle documentation, rate negotiations, and follow-up with vendors and consultants. - Track marketing efforts and provide regular updates on consultant activity.What We’re Looking For:- Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Willingness to work US hours (Night Shift – EST/PST). - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred). - Eagerness to learn and grow in the US staffing industry.Preferred Skills :- Knowledge of US work visas (H-1B, GC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, etc.). - Familiarity with job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.What We Offer:- Competitive salary + incentives. - Training & mentorship from experienced recruiters. - Opportunity for career growth in US IT staffing. - Supportive and collaborative work environment.Apply Now:Send your updated resume to hr@
