This includes sourcing, vetting, interviewing, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with US labor and visa regulationsKey Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and technical competencies - Create and post targeted job descriptions on platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and across social networks . - Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking - Conduct thorough resume reviews, phone/video screens, and technical assessments - Facilitate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers (salary, benefits, visas), and assist onboarding - Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS, provide hiring metrics, and regularly update stakeholders - Ensure compliance with US labor laws, visa sponsorship processes, and relevant regulations - Stay abreast of IT market trends, employer branding and proactively network at industry events
