Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and technologies.Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in domestic recruitment.
