Division: Direct Sales - Chennai HQResponsibilities- Work under the designated product divisions with a primary focus on promoting the respective products. - Establish and develop direct billing clients, including hospitals, medical colleges, research institutes, and laboratories. - Build and manage key customer accounts to strengthen the company’s direct sales portfolio. - Consistently achieve the assigned monthly sales targets and overall achievements. - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely orders, payments, and overall customer satisfaction. - Negotiate and finalize payment cycles and terms in alignment with company policies. - Meet payment collection targets as per company policies. - Maintain product pricing to ensure decent gross margins in adherence to company norms. - Collaborate with the Direct Sales Head for regular reporting, strategic planning, and process improvements.Education and Experience Requirements:- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field. - Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, with a proven track record in key account management and direct sales.
