We are looking for a self-driven and sales-focused individual to drive sales across our three company verticals.Job Title:B2B Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) Location:Hyderabad Experience:2–5 years Salary:₹4–6 LPA + performance incentives.Role Overview: The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, outreach, managing relationships, and generating sales. Along with this they would be executing 12 in-house events per month to generate leads and sales.Primary KRAs Business Development:Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for corporate events, corporate spa bookings, and real estate sales, exceeding sales targets. Sales Strategy:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Client Satisfaction:Ensure high client satisfaction levels through effective communication, timely delivery, and exceptional service.Desirable Skills: Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong business development and sales strategy skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEligibility Criteria: Graduate Degree 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Event sales / Hospitality sales Must have their own vehicle and laptop Local knowledge of Hyderabad market preferred.
