In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various roles across the organization. You will also be involved in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring drives, and other end-to-end recruitment processes.Core Responsibilities:- Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers and leadership. - Stakeholder management for the roles that come your way - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes and job applications to match candidates with appropriate roles. - Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds. - Manage candidate communication and provide a smooth interview experience. - Maintain and update recruitment trackers and internal databases. - Collaborate with external agencies or consultants when needed. - Support onboarding activities and documentation. - Participate in employer branding activities such as job fairs, webinars, and social media campaigns. - Stay updated with current hiring trends and market practices.Qualifications:- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Experience in hiring across multiple functions is a plus (tech/non-tech roles). - Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR databases. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organisational and time-management abilities. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:- Experience in bulk hiring, niche hiring, campus hiring and mass recruitment drives. - Understanding of recruitment best practices. - Creative approach to talent sourcing and employer branding.
