Key Responsibilities:- Lead the SIS team in designing, developing, and maintaining retail/store information systems and related technology solutions. - Develop and execute the SIS strategy aligned with company goals and digital transformation initiatives. - Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and operations teams to identify system requirements and improve operational efficiencies. - Manage SIS projects from concept through deployment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. - Oversee integration of SIS with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and supply chain platforms. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across SIS applications. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and business outcomes. - Lead vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and technology partnerships. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the SIS team. - Prepare reports and present updates to senior management on SIS performance, risks, and opportunities.
