Locations where the job opening is posted:Gurugram, Hyderabad and ChennaiManagement and Execution of Assignment-Execution of the assignments being delivered by Knight Frank Advisory services- Balance multiple engagements and responsibilities - Consultancy Reports for Real Estate including Financial Feasibilities study (Financial Feasibility Study, Highest and best use study, Development option Study, Business strategy, transaction advisory etc.) - Research Reports - White PapersThe assignment management would involve the following:- Client Interactions and management - Team management - Site Visits - Preparing the Research Design - Data Sufficiency assessment - Leading Data Analysis - Detailed Financial analysis (Evaluate data, prepares forecasts, analyzes trends and presents results pertaining to real estate assets) - Report Preparation and review - Presentation and Discussion of results / recommendations / valuations etc with the clientQuality- Maintain the organization quality standards. - Play the role of maker in the “Maker-Checker-Reviewer” quality control process. - Required to discuss and incorporate feedback received from Process Head - Active involvement with the team in Billing and Collection - Ensuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures. - Ensuring assignment is completed within agreed timelines and costs- Strong interpersonal & networking skills - Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and liaison skills - High Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel / Power Point) - Strong Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics are preferred skill sets - Ability to understand industry category /vertical and make relevant recommendations - Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and have the skill of multi-tasking. - Deliver work in time and of quality standards set by Knight Frank and the clientPeople Management Responsibilities- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with various functions - Build good relationship with functional leaders and stakeholders - Good understanding of the organisationProfessional experience and Competency ProfileMBA from reputed Business School / Postgraduate in Finance or equivalent with 3 to 4 years of consulting experience is essential. Candidate with working experience in Real Estate and having exposure in making detailed financial models will be preferred. Travelling experience to other destinations for meetings/conducting research is necessary.
