Location - Kolkata / HyderabadLevel - Senior Executive / Assistant ManagerRole - The icubment will acts as a strategic partner to business unit, aligning HR strategies with business goals. This role is responsible for managing employee grievances , Attrition analysis , employee engagement, performance management and ensuring compliance with HR policies .Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address HR needs. Align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance and growth. Support organizational change and development initiatives. Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions. Drive cultural transformation and change initiatives. Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.Support talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.Collaborate with L&D teams to identify and fulfill training needs. Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement scores) to provide insights. Prepare reports for management on HR trends and recommendations.THE INDIVIDUAL Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Any Post Graduate (MBA) from a reputed institute 3 to 7 Years of relevant experience in startegic HR Business partnering - understanding of end to end employee life cycle management Strong analytical skills , excellent with excel , data .Interested candidates to fill in below link - entities in India are professional services firm(s).
