Our vision is accelerating the adoption of technology in the AEC Industry. We are working on interesting tech products like project simulations for learners, virtual assistants and personalization. We are solving for the skill gap in this industry globally and have learners from 40+ countries on our platform and counting. We are an early stage startup founded by people from SPA Delhi. We are committed to serve everyone in need with the use of leading technologies!We are looking for a Program development Intern to support the Learning team at Novatr in shaping the future of architectural education. This role blends research, pedagogy, and hands-on content creation for the computational design program at Novatr.As Program development Intern, you would have a myriad of responsibilities, including, but not limited to : Assist in designing and structuring learning content for our computational design Program. Work closely with the computational design team to create learning content and software demonstrations using tools like Rhino and Grasshopper. Conduct research on emerging computational design tools, methodologies, and case studies to support learning content development. Collaborate across teams to ensure that learning outcomes are effectively delivered. Create internal documentation and learning materials. Contribute to ongoing curriculum innovation through pedagogical research.Qualifications and skills:Software skills : Must have:Rhino, Grasshopper, Google suit (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Good to have / optional :Revit, DynamoPower skills : Strong communication and collaboration Detail-oriented and organized Self-driven, proactive approach Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentGood to have skills(not mandatory): Experience in teaching, mentoring, or peer learning environments Familiarity with Figma, Framer or any other competent tools. Understanding of design pedagogy.
