Job Title: Senior Bench Sales RecruiterLocation: Hafeezpet, Hyderabad (Onsite)Experience: 5-10+ YearsJob Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Hafeezpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting and must be highly skilled in marketing bench consultants to vendors and direct clients.Roles and Responsibilities:- Proactively market H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, and L2-EAD consultants to vendors and clients. - Develop relationships with tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and end clients. - Source opportunities via job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn. - Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently and effectively. - Maintain an updated database of consultants and regularly communicate with them regarding marketing efforts. - Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions.Required Skills:- 5-10+ years of experience in Bench Sales Recruiting in US IT Staffing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications. - Experience in working with job boards and sourcing tools. - Ability to handle multiple consultants and work under pressure. - Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - Immediate joiners preferred. - Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and attractive incentives. - Dynamic and supportive team culture. - Growth opportunities and long-term career path.To Apply:Send your resume to santosh.kotturti@
