The Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial health by overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, monitoring internal controls, and working closely with management to provide financial insights that drive business decisions. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with external auditors and managing financial risks.Key Responsibilities- Conduct and oversee financial audits and report findings to top management - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards - Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities - Good experience in MIS Preparation - Analyze financial statements and provide insights on financial health and risk - Support with external auditors and tax authorities as necessary - Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend improvements - Stay updated on changes in tax laws and financial regulations - Support for cost audit - Inventory management and Inventory Cost analysis - Further day-to-day work as allocated by the Director of FinanceRequired Skills- Financial Auditing - Cost Auditing - MIS Report - Tax Compliance - Transfer Pricing - Risk Management - Financial AnalysisQualifications- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or CMA - Minimum 10 years of experience in financial audits, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting, especially from the manufacturing industry - Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills - Experience in managing accounting operations and internal controls - Expertise in financial analysis and data management - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work on-site in Chengalpattu
