You’ll work closely with founders, client business unit heads, and internal recruitment teams to fulfill key hiring goals, while also playing a pivotal role in mentoring junior consultants and contributing as a subject matter expert.What You’ll Do- Act as the chief point of contact for clients and, at times, step into a Programme Manager role as needed. - Consult and strategize with clients to refine their hiring needs and align talent strategies with business goals. - Collaborate with the sourcing and research teams to identify, engage, and assess top executive-level talent. - Innovate and implement game-changing hiring strategies that improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide consistent communication and exceptional client service throughout the hiring process. - Develop deep insights into leadership styles, professional histories, and candidate-to-role alignment to ensure a strong fit. - This role primarily functions as an individual contributor, with additional responsibilities in stakeholder engagement and team management.What You’ll Bring- 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a staffing firm or product-led company - Proven ability in technology hiring across engineering, DevOps, QA, and product functions - Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and job board optimization - Excellent communication, calibration, and stakeholder management skills - A high sense of ownership, speed, and comfort with changing priorities - Bring your sense of humour — (the kind that's totally HR-compliant ) - High performing?
