This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails to source and qualify candidates effectively.You will be part of a passionate and collaborative recruitment team, playing a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across multiple roles, with a focus on volume hiring.Key Responsibilities:Proactively source candidates using various methods including cold calls, cold emails, job boards, social media platforms, and internal databasesConduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interestManage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to submissionBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needsCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain detailed and accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM systemMeet daily/weekly KPIs related to outreach volume, submissions, and interviews scheduledCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and hiring prioritiesQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in volume or agency hiringProven experience in cold calling and cold emailing candidatesStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working night shifts aligned to US time zones (EST/PST)High level of energy, resilience, and commitment for the full 3-month contractFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.Ability to multitask and meet aggressive hiring targetsWhat You’ll Gain:Real-time experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitingOpportunity to work with a dynamic and global recruitment teamPotential to extend or convert to a full-time role based on performance
