Job Title: Sports MarketingCTC: Upto 25 LPALocation: DelhiIndustry: Sportswear BrandKey Responsibilities: Athlete & Sponsorship Management: • Manage & grow relationships with athletes, running ambassadors, and influencers to amplify brand visibility.• Identify and recruit top athletes, influencers, and teams to represent the brand, ensuring strong alignment with the brand's values and mission.• Manage endorsement agreements and partnership agreements.• Develop activation plans for athlete partnerships, maximizing visibility and engagement through media, events, and social media.Strategic Planning & Campaign amplification: • Assist with the development of sports marketing strategies to promote the brand and its products through key sports initiatives in Cricket & Running• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Sales, Product, PR) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.Event Marketing & Activation: • Plan and execute sponsorship activations for key sports/lifestyle events, tournaments, and competitions.• Plan and execute all grassroot initiatives with a key focus on events• Work closely with event organizers to ensure seamless integration of the brand into event promotions, onsite activations, and media coverage.• Manage the end-to-end execution & post-event reporting for all event marketing efforts.Digital and Social Media Marketing: • Spearhead paid media campaigns, content creation, and digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversation around Cricket, Running & other marketing initiatives• Manage the social media community on Instagram and Strava.• Utilize analytics and insights to optimize campaigns, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
