You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain Perl-based applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresWrite clean, scalable, and efficient code with an emphasis on performance and maintainabilityTroubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionalityWork with databases and write optimized SQL queriesPerform unit testing and participate in code reviewsIntegrate software components and third-party applicationsFollow Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning and reviewsSkills and RequirementsProven experience as a Perl Developer or in a similar role within a professional environmentStrong proficiency in the Perl programming language with a clear understanding of its core principlesExperience with Perl frameworks and libraries is a plusGood knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, along with strong SQL query skillsFamiliarity with version control systems like Git and SVNExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesStrong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamworkBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
