Role Overview:The Managed Services Lead will be responsible for leading a managed services team dedicated to OneStream support and enhancements, ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery of solutions, and effective issue resolution. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical depth in OneStream, strong service management capabilities, and an understanding of enterprise financial systems.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client engagements within the managed services program.Manage day-to-day service delivery, ensuring SLAs are met and services align with client expectations.Oversee and coordinate technical and functional resources to provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for OneStream environments.Drive continuous improvement by analyzing service metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization.Partner with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and internal leadership to address escalations, roadmap initiatives, and long-term service strategies.Document and manage service operations processes, knowledge bases, and incident logs.Ensure that governance protocols and reporting standards are consistently applied.Qualifications:Proven experience with the OneStream platform in a support, consulting, or solution delivery role.Strong understanding of corporate performance management (CPM), financial consolidation, and planning processes.Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and work across time zones and international client environments.Prior experience in a managed services or service delivery management role is highly preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to service quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement.Preferred Skills:OneStream certification or formal training.Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.Familiarity with modern finance transformation initiatives and enterprise cloud technologies.Work Model:This is a remote-first position, with an expectation to work India-based hours while coordinating with global teams in North America and EMEA as needed.
